Roshi is a licensed psychotherapist and somatic breathwork facilitator. Rosanna is a certified yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator & athletic breath coach. Here's what awaits you: - Somatic breathwork: A combination of emotional release breathwork techniques and breath holds. Through carefully crafted breathing techniques, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, shedding the old and welcoming the new. Embracing your inner vulnerability and witness the remarkable changes it brings.
